About QuietStewardship

Most software that watches your computer does it for someone else — shipping telemetry to a vendor, a fleet console, or an ad network. QuietStewardship is the opposite: it helps you watch your own machine, quietly, and keeps everything it learns on that machine.

Stewardship is the careful, ongoing care of something you are responsible for. Quiet is how it should feel — calm, legible signals you can glance at, not a wall of alarms competing for your attention.

A small local agent runs on your computer and exposes its health and recent activity over loopback. The dashboard you see here reads that agent directly from your browser. Our servers are only ever asked for the website itself — never for your data.

Built to grow

The agent speaks a single, versioned contract. That same contract will power a desktop app, a mobile app, and a browser extension — different windows onto the same local truth. We intend to open the source so the promise that “your data stays put” is something you can verify, not just take on faith.
